Version 1.6.1
On August 13, 2012, BuddyPress 1.6.1 was released to the public. This is a maintenance update for the BuddyPress 1.6 series.
For Version 1.6.1, the database version (bp-db-version in wp_options) was 6066, and the Trac revision was 6255. Read the full ticket log here.
Summary
- Revert change in BP 1.6 that caused bp_core_fetch_avatar() to interpret values of the ‘html’ parameter incorrectly (#4215)
- Moves bp_loggedin_user_id() and bp_displayed_user_id() to the Core component, to avoid fatal errors in plugins and themes that extend BuddyPress in a certain way (#4403)
- Ensures that BP’s template loading happens before maybe_redirect_404(), for compatibility with NOBLOGREDIRECT (#4415)
